      Excellent, simply, easy to use and their customer service is really good. ActiveTrail is a responsible, reliable and entertaining service for managing a subscription mailing list.

      Cons

      One of the reasons I don’t like this system is because the brands I work with are mostly startup or small businesses. however, clients don’t know what restrictions the free plan comes with.

      I am not super creative when it comes to marketing, however, ActiveTrail helps me send fun and exciting emails about my business. It is very user friendly and easy to understand how to use. I LOVE the audience view so that I know how many people are actually looking at my email/business growth.

      So far, I am very satisfied with the services at ActiveTrail - there is not anything that I truly "dislike"

      ActiveTrail is reasonably priced with great features! I love using their pre made templates to make my emails look extremely professional. My business revenue has increased since I started using ActiveTrail. Seriously! I'm using ActiveTrail to stay in contact with my fans. Being a comedy hypnotist and magician, my subscriber list loves watching my magic videos. My Facebook and Twitter followers have increased as well by sending out these emails.

      Cons

      There isn't anything I dislike. ActiveTrail does everything I need in a list building, and mass email company. They even sync well with the other companies I use.

      Pros

      ActiveTrail is a really great mailing tool that has almost everything. I enjoy the ability to customize each email with custom HTML templates and especially appreciate the modern interface which is super user friendly and intuitive. If I ever have a question I can typically find it online or chat with a specialist. ActiveTrail is a great tool for sending emails for small to medium sized businesses. Where it lacks in data capabilities, it makes up for in interface experience and modern design. It's clearly a fun company that works hard to keep their tool modern and useful, but doesn't have everything that an enterprise might be looking for. Sending emails to prospective and current customers is the main benefit, but we've been able to customize our emails frequently to keep it fresh.

      Cons

      Many of the times the panel slows down and the email get stops but it happens few times. Nothing really. Everything works beautifully.

      The pricing was the first thing that attracted me to ActiveTrail but after using it for years, I absolutely love the design aspect as well. You can customize each of your email templates which I loved making this unique to my branding. This tool is great for beginners who are just starting to grow their email list. I do recommend it for advanced businesses that rely on segmentation and sending out emails to their entire list. I would recommend that ActiveTrail for the same lead to be on multiple lists and they should have a function where you can send a broadcast email to your entire list. I have used (and still do for some of my clients) ActiveTrail to help connect them with their email list leads. ActiveTrail is very good about sending out emails, creating customized templates, and even their new automation tool was surprisingly good.

      Nothing really. Everything works beautifully. There's not much I truly dislike about ActiveTrail.

      ActiveTrail is my top recommendation for Email Marketing Services The best feature of ActiveTrail is the way they lay out their autoresponders. The calendar grid format makes it easy to see how your campaigns are structured. If you want to make a change, you can simply drag a message to another day. Such an easy visual representation of your campaigns is something that you generally see in much higher priced solutions, but ActiveTrail provides it in a very affordable package.

      Cons

      There's not much to dislike. However, if I had to choose something, I would say that I don't like the designs of the landing pages they provide. However, I've never used an email marketing service for landing page designs and probably never will unless there are significant improvements.

      I love that ActiveTrail allows you to easily create and re-order an email sequence. I also love the template options and drag and drop interface with many features available. This is an intuitive program which is easy for a beginner to pick up, but provides enough features for someone with advanced needs. There are a decent number of integrations available too, making it easier to work with the programs we are already using without doubling up on effort. I'm also a fan of the A/B testing feature - this is great for every marketer or business owner who wants to be able to make a measurable difference and gather some truly useful data.

      Cons

      Management of lists or groups could be improved, for example by adding a feature to tag customers for further segmentation. As a marketer, we want to be able to segment and test as much as we possibly can.

      The best part about using ActiveTrail is the ease of use. I can quickly and easily set up email campaigns and send them to segmented lists. The business problem I am solving is lead nurturing. I am able to A/B test different messaging with different groups easily.

      I dislike the fact that there is no trigger workflows.

      I have used ActiveTrail on a number of e-mail marketing campaigns. Never having used an e-shot tool before I was handed the user guide by the IT manager and within 30 minutes I had sent out my first e-shot. It is a fairly easy to use tool, however I would advise having some level of IT knowledge (nothing too technical but ideally someone who isn't too afraid of using online tools).

      The navigation could be made slightly easier. Can't think of a thing.

      "Still learning, but easy to implement so far." I like the clean user interface and the ability to find what I'm looking for in the navigation. In addition, ActiveTrail integrates well with Wordpress.org sites and my shopping cart seamlessly.

      No negative comments as of yet. I'm still setting up my automations.

      ActiveTrail is very user friendly and simple to learn. Email marking has never been more of a breeze. You can see your conversions and clicks to see what's really working in your campaigns. Making specific lists for different options is very helpful as well as things like abandoned cart recovery reminders. We have solved the issues of connecting with our different customers as we work with both individuals as well as businesses. Being able to offer specialized marketing and information for each of our demographics has been exceptionally helpful. We can also see what information has the most interaction as well as what works and what doesn't.

      Cons

      I haven't actually found anything that I dislike about ActiveTrail yet. It took me a little bit to figure out formulating the email campaigns in the builder at first but after I figured it out it was a breeze.

      "I found my new mailing tool!" I really like all of the tips when getting started using this application. I like having the option to incorporate contest some forms and how easy it it to create campaigns. The dashboard is easy to use and see your stats. I also like all the templates and the option to create your own. The content manager makes it easy to save files for use later.

      Cons

      I don’t like that you have to pay for automated email responses, or that they aren’t fans of affiliate marketing and have been known to shut down affiliates. Although it's a little bit pricey its all worth it.

      ActiveTrail works great, has a flexible platform, and makes it easy to design and send beautiful email campaigns. They have in-depth reporting of click-through rates, open rates, etc., as well as basic visuals of subscriber growth.

      Cons

      I don't have any strong dislikes of the product. I'm sure that I'm only tapping into a small amount of what the program can offer, but so far it works well and serves its purpose.

      ActiveTrail is what I've been looking for a long time. I went through many different options before I got here and, so far, ActiveTrail is magic. The automation and the features are great. But what brought me to ActiveTrail is the ability to write emails sequences all in one screen. The ability to have an overview of all the emails in the sequence and just click any one to make all the edits, is invaluable. This is why I'm going to stick around. I've searched long & wide for this. It's not perfect, but it's the best one out there for email marketers.

      Absolutely nothing. It really works perfectly for me and it has nothing to dislike yet. My business runs smoothly! I just recommend this!

      "ActiveTrail has transformed our business." The wealth of features and user-friendliness. The email marketing feature, automation workflows, lead scoring, and social publishing tools are especially helpful.

      Cons

      The only thing I HAD disliked was that there was no integration with Outlook for Mac, but that has changed as of today! ActiveTrail just released that integration, so I'm a happy camper. Make sure you have the bandwidth to create LOTS of content to fuel the marketing engine, or your investment might not generate the number of leads you want.

      "Incredible" The ability to track all clients, no matter what step of the process they are in. I absolutely love the fact that I can go back to each individual client and read what is going on with that person, no matter who has been involved in the process. I am able to keep track of any outstanding balances on invoices. That in itself makes this program worth it. I also really enjoy that there is a mobile app with this software. It makes pulling up contact information while not in the office that much more convenient.

      Cons

      I do not have any complaints at this time. Everything that I have used, has been excellent. Once I figured out how to use the functions I am currently using, it has been a breeze.

      ActiveTrail is one of the most complete and popular systems to create and send email marketing campaigns, it is used by many companies around the world and has a great reputation, so it guarantees that the campaigns we send reach the recipients effectively. It is a system in which it is worth investing, to use it correctly will increase the sales of any company. ActiveTrail company every time we reach more potential customers.

      What I do not like much about ActiveTrail is that I think it's a bit expensive, but I think its effectiveness is worth the investment.

      I've used ActiveTrail since 2007 and have built a list of over 50,000 people. It's been an extremely powerful tool for my business and I highly recommend it. I'm trying to build a mailing list to market my newsletter as well as products and services.

      Nothing, they keep improving it. I almost never have any issues and their customer service is great!

      ActiveTrail looks great and is easy to use. These are incredibly important for any CRM. It has an easy to use email builder, allows for setting up deals, and can track where people go on your website. It also allows you to easily import and tag contacts and set up marketing automation rules.

      Cons

      No real cons. it could be a bit intimidating for a non-tecnical user to setup, although there are teams on hand to help with this.
