•ProsEspoCRM’s biggest plus is its simplicity. It doesn’t try to force you into a specific sales or service model like a lot of bigger CRMs do. You can customize the system, disable unnecessary entities and fields. The interface is fast, clean, and very easy learn even for users who aren’t super tech-savvy. I also like workflow and BPM features, they helped me to automate lost of routine tasks. It’s also developer-friendly. When we needed more advanced customizations, the structure of the system made it relatively easy to extend. The documentation and community forum are very helpful.
ConsI haven't experienced any major issues.
