    It was great to work with Kylas' Team with respect to their support. Whether the queries were about integration, invoices or training, the team responded in record time to help us move ahead of the challenges. Great team effort! . Tracking digital campaigns across different channels is very easy. Plus, the automated report generation tool helps to save a lot of time.

    Highly cooperative people and very hardworking. The customer interaction and after sales support is phenomenal. They have a good record of sending weekly major updates and improving on all the issues. I loved how seamless it works on both desktop and mobile.

    Cons

    There are still some knicks to be solved and features to be implemented. But knowing that it has been only 2 years and still at par with other CRMs, it's commendable.

    The UI is very good and simple to understand once you get the hang of it. Also the onboarding team is one of the best i have experienced in the SAAS market so far.

    User interface is good, easy too use, good platform for capture multiplr leads from various sources. Sales Tracking system is nicely done in Kylas. All can manage their each customer in 1 platform.
