Health Clinic Workers (HCW): register HIV positive pregnant women and lactating mother’s lookup results, mark attendance, enter patient results, view patient visit history, view reports on missed appointments, view outstanding lab test results and view patents who have not come for results and manually call the patient
2.2. Expert Client: provide counseling and record it, reviewing patients who have missed appointments or have not come to collect the results
2.3. Administrator: to setup the system, add new facilities, populate drop boxes, add / remove users to system.
2.4. Program Staff (Ministry officials): viewing reports, automate the reports via mails
2.5. Nurse/Doctor: Sometimes doctors attend to patients on the scheduled appointments; their roles are the same as the HCW in the system.
