    Pros

    FaceUp has an intuitive design and is extremely easy to use. FaceUp is very secure and meets the requirements of European legislation. Employees appreciate they can easily send reports.

    Pros

    Thanks to FaceUp, we can stay in touch with our employees and gather both their improvement suggestions and concerns. The platform is a very friendly tool that is also simple to use. It was easy to introduce it to our employees, and it was well received by everyone. The platform is intuitive for both users and administrators and the FaceUp team’s overall attitude and willingness to customize the features according to our needs is definitely worth mentioning as well.

    Pros

    FaceUp is a great platform for identifying underlying problems, which otherwise would not be discovered or would cost more money and time. I appreciate it is secure, ISO certified and complies with GDPR and EU Whistleblowing Directive.

    Pros

    The best benefit is that we don't have to worry about not hearing about employee problems. They all know about the possibility of using FaceUp. Reactions to the introduction of FaceUp were positive. I was surprised by how easy it was to implement FaceUp in our company. It is also very easy for employees to send reports. The administration is clear and user-friendly.

    For now i haven't found any cons using faceup.

    Pros

    How fast they are moving in product development. At the first meeting, we mentioned a few things that are missing in the system. These are all working now. What we really love is also their language support as we are a company with contractors all over the world. It is easier for them to share their thoughts if the interface is in their native language.

    Cons

    FaceUp is still a startup as like as us and they don't yet have as comprehensive a product as some whistleblowing tools that have been around for many years. However, their progress is admirable.
