•ProsFaceUp is a great platform for identifying underlying problems, which otherwise would not be discovered or would cost more money and time. I appreciate it is secure, ISO certified and complies with GDPR and EU Whistleblowing Directive.

•ProsThe best benefit is that we don't have to worry about not hearing about employee problems. They all know about the possibility of using FaceUp. Reactions to the introduction of FaceUp were positive. I was surprised by how easy it was to implement FaceUp in our company. It is also very easy for employees to send reports. The administration is clear and user-friendly.

•ProsHow fast they are moving in product development. At the first meeting, we mentioned a few things that are missing in the system. These are all working now. What we really love is also their language support as we are a company with contractors all over the world. It is easier for them to share their thoughts if the interface is in their native language.
ConsFaceUp is still a startup as like as us and they don't yet have as comprehensive a product as some whistleblowing tools that have been around for many years. However, their progress is admirable.
