    Qualaroo has streamlined the customer feedback loop at my company. The real-time NPS score dashboard helps us track the experience scores, and we can see any dips in the overall score to correct the strategy in time. We can also analyze the individual customers' NPS scores to first target negative feedback and improve overall customer satisfaction. Another great feature is its ready-made survey templates that significantly reduce the survey creation time. We can choose and customize the template to suit our branding and needs. Qualaroo also has an AI-based sentiment analysis engine that categorizes the feedback based on respondents' emotions, so we don't have to go through the feedback data manually.


    If there's one area where Qualaroo could enhance even further, it's employee feedback survey templates. While the existing templates are incredible for customer insights, it would be fantastic if more templates were designed specifically for gathering feedback from our team.
