The Office 365 Exporter tool provides option to its users to backup Exchange online mailbox to PST file format. All the email folders stored in Office 365 account can be saved in multiple file formats. Moreover, the software supports transfer of calendar, contacts and tasks as well. The utility to export Office 365 mailbox to PST format allows users to convert data in three file formats such as PST, EML and MSG format. After migration, these files can be used in their compatible email applications. While migrating data into different file formats, the Office 365 Export software provides an option to save files using the desired file naming conventions. The users are free to choose any of the naming option from the list provided to them.
