SysTools NSF Merge Claim

The NSF Merge software allows the user to join multiple Lotus Notes NSF files and folders into one single mailbox. The user can join NSF files using the software if they have the multiple numbers of Lotus Notes. The tool is capable to remove duplicate file items by using the option to discard the replicated data from Lotus Notes archive before merging. The user can change the display name of the parent folder, that helps to manage the merged NSF files with a single Display Name. If the user wants to combine NSF files without joining two similar named folders then Join NSF suits option can be selected. The NSF Merge does not include deleted emails from the NSF.

If the size of the Lotus Notes data files is increasing due to the number of items in Deleted Folder, then the user can remove the files. The software provides or displays a live merge status while the software is merging two or more files. This status contains the structure of the folder of combined NSF data items with the deleted duplicate count. NSF Merge tool can consolidate all file items of Lotus Notes like emails, contacts, calendars, notes, tasks & journals. The user can combine two address book without overwriting both files using this software. In offline mode, the user can copy the NSF file from Domino server to the desktop and from there it is possible to merge two NSF files. This utility supports all versions of Lotus Notes.
