Finally, there is Pacifica. If you’re stressed or anxious, this app can give you guidance and uses proven techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, to work. It’s an app that’s definitely worth checking out if you haven’t done so already. It even has its own community, which is always a plus. Talking to like-minded people can help you if you’re going through depression, anxiety, or anything else.
