RMS is a cloud-based hospitality property management tool for handling bookings, availability, pricing, correspondence, billing, and more for property managers and owners. The programme is appropriate for all sizes of hotels, motels, serviced apartments, holiday parks, and resorts, and it can be installed across multi-property setups. It also allows groups and chains to handle data from all of their properties in one system. The multi-properties can distribute inventory across several sites through interaction with the global distribution system. The RMS native channel manager will enable customers to connect directly to major OTAs without requiring a third-party interface, reducing commission expenses and increasing exposure.

Users can manage onsite restaurants and bars, maintain inventories and charge purchases back to guest rooms using food and beverage interfaces and point of sale (POS) connections. Users can also include an internet booking engine (IBE) on their website, which allows customers to make bookings directly at any time with rates and availability updated in real-time. Rates intuitively adapt to supply and demand, and automated pricing rules can be designed to maximise occupancy and revenue. The built-in dashboard in RMS may be customised for each user, manager or department, showing real-time activity. Event management, marketing, housekeeping, accounts receivable, and compliance is all included in RMS.
