•ProsWhat I liked best about ProProfs survey maker was the ease of use. Be it in creation or sharing of surveys. There are loads of quality templates to pick from which can be shared without changing anything! On top of that sharing and embedding the surveys require absolutely no knowledge of coding! Best survey tool I’ve used so far.
ConsWhile I love the reporting and analysis it provides, we have faced some technical glitches while using ProProfs survey maker occasionally. Even though their support team is available whenever we face such issues, it would be better if they were eliminated.

It is reasonably priced, and lets you create unlimited surveys even with the free plans. What more can you even ask for?
ConsThe tool occasionally suffers from technical issues that make it crash at critical moments. Although the customer support team is excellent at handling everything proactively, it’d be better to eliminate all glitches from an otherwise perfect app altogether.
