Pros

What I liked best about ProProfs survey maker was the ease of use. Be it in creation or sharing of surveys. There are loads of quality templates to pick from which can be shared without changing anything! On top of that sharing and embedding the surveys require absolutely no knowledge of coding! Best survey tool I’ve used so far.

Cons

While I love the reporting and analysis it provides, we have faced some technical glitches while using ProProfs survey maker occasionally. Even though their support team is available whenever we face such issues, it would be better if they were eliminated.

Pros

I loved using Proprofs for the fact that how effortlessly we can make customer satisfaction surveys using their built-in templates. On top of that, we can customize the survey with videos, images, and even the company’s logo!

Pros

The best part about this survey maker tool is that they already have thousands of expert-designed questions for every situation. We can quickly select the questions suitable for our survey, saving time and effort. Even sharing the survey does not require any coding. It can be shared easily on social media, as a link, or by embedding on your company’s website.

No major issues as such. Only faced some technical problems a couple of times, but their team resolved them immediately.
