Mycloud PMS is a cloud-based property management system for chain and independent hotels, inns, guest houses, and motels. Users of the software can manage bookings, guest check-ins and check-outs, room pricing and availability, contracts, housekeeping, accounts receivable, reporting, and more.

Mycloud CM, a channel manager for external reservation sites, interfaces directly with mycloud PMS, and mycloud IRS enables customers to make reservations through their hotel’s website. Mycloud IRS allows users to accept reservations directly at the hotel using the built-in reservations feature. No matter how many various distribution channels are in use, a single inventory is offered across all of them to avoid overbooking. Guest check-in and check-out, room assignment, the printing of reservation cards, walk-in management, billing, and other features are all made possible by integrated front desk management software. Demographic data, visit histories, and preferences can be retained for recurring visitors to provide more individualised service.

Mycloud PMS allows users to manage hotel rates and availability, supporting a variety of room types, day and seasonal rates, and add-ons like meal plans or other services. Contracts can be made to provide special rates to travel agencies, tour operators, and other businesses, and history can help users form future contracts with appropriate pricing suggestions. It is also possible to manage housekeeping, receivables, transaction audits, and reporting, as well as the generation of emergency reports in the event of a system failure.
