Google Apps Backup Tool is a utility designed specifically for the conversion of G Suite mailbox data into various file formats such as PST, MSG, EML, and MBOX. It allows the migration of contacts, calendars, and documents from Paid Google mail account to the local folder. The contacts will be made available as vCard files and calendars as the .ics file. By using this tool, the backup of both Admin account and Individual User account can be performed. One need to input valid User ID and Password for exporting G Suite Data items to the local system. Software does not impose any kind of size limitation during the transfer of mailbox data. Entire Domain user mailboxes can be downloaded by adding the Admin credentials on the software interface. Google Apps mailbox data within a particular time period can be migrated to the local server or computer using a Date filter option provided on the software interface.The Date filter option can be used only in case of mailbox data and can be done by specifying dates in the “To” and “From” Fields. The “Delete after Download” option provided by the tool helps to empty the cloud storage data after backing up the data to the PC. The folder structure of the Google Apps data will be maintained as it is in the local folder after the backup process. Also, a progress report containing fields such as User Name, email count, calendar count, contact count, document count, and status will be provided after the download.
