Zoho Backup Tool allows migrating emails from Zoho Mail to Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail, Entourage etc. The Zoho Mail Backup software helps to export emails from Zoho to PST, EML, MSG, and MBOX file formats. It can backup all the Zoho mailbox items including inbox, sent items, draft, spam, trash etc. It does not save the credentials of the user anywhere in its database. It provides pause and resume option to manage the Zoho Backup process. Also, it provides delete after download option to clean up the Zoho mail server storage after downloading the data on the local system.
