KPTGC is a computer-based hospital management system that implements an organized strategy. It oversees all hospital and clinic departments, including managing patient records for both in-patients and out-patients, resulting in a more positive patient experience from check-in to check-out. The system oversees all daily operations for the hospital or clinic wards, radiology, pharmacy, laboratory, physiotherapy, records, and outpatient departments.

It has a patient tracking system that is used to monitor and help patients during their hospital stays. Badges are given to patients at the time of admission. These badges can broadcast alarms based on patient activity levels, mobility patterns, and admission into prohibited areas. Manual dialing, map searches, or voice prompts are not required. In addition to reducing waiting times between treatments, the badges also serve as a quick means for requesting assistance.
