•ProsWith ProProfs Project, my work has become more streamlined. I can easily assign tasks to different team members and teams. I can even ask for task update through the same task by adding a comment to it. This has further improved cross team collaboration. Remote teams are also able to easily receive the latest updates from our in-house team and clients in real-time. From client reports to invoices, they can easily be created in a few clicks. Therefore, we’ve been able to save a lot of our resources and time. Our clients are happy as we are able to deliver their desired outcomes on time.
ConsThey are hard to point. But there are times when even a simple project management software sounds complicated. Reason? The team receives many times alerts. These help us to stay updated about a project’s progress. But at the same time it creates havoc within the team members. This is because they at times forget or skip written information sent to them through emails. Later many things turn out to be an important actionable task that need to be done in a limited time.

ProProfs Project features one dashboard that helps me manage my projects and keep track of my team members work without putting in any extra effort. Also, this software is ideal to efficiently communicate with remote teams in real-time. It really is a great software.
ConsI am really happy with this software but I think the software needs an upgrade. Yes, the software helps me generate reports in what - some seconds - but it does not have the option to add Ghannt charts or Kanban view. This is a problem.

It not only helps me manage all my projects efficiently, but it also helps in organizing tasks and communicate with your team in real-time! I can also create invoices and reports in just a few seconds - and it doesn't even take much effort! It’s great software for project management.
ConsThe one thing I found irritating sometimes are too many email notifications. There should be an option of muting or customizing email notifications to know which are important and high-priority.
