SysTools PST Merge Claim

PST Merge is an efficient software that serves the purpose of adding the contents of multiple PST files to form a single file. The PST file created is of UNICODE type. The Join option enables users to join two or more PST files and creates a new folder for the resultant file. Each constituent PST has a separate folder in the new output file.

The Merge Option helps to merge data from the similar folders present in both the combining PST files and saves it in the respective folders of the newly created PST file. The Merge Contacts mode assists to combine contacts from several PST files into a single file. All the meta properties of contacts such as name, email id, contact number, groups, notes remain preserved. PST Merge Software also possesses the capability to enable the removal of duplicate data items concurrently with the merge process. It can be started or stopped by checking or unchecking the Remove Duplicates option. For combining a large number of PST files, there is no need to add each file to the list individually. This is because the software supports the addition of an entire folder containing multiple PST files. This is done through the “Add Folder” option in the application.

There is an added facility to exclude the merging of “Deleted Items” folder from the PST files into a single file. For this, a user just needs to check the option to Exclude Deleted Items folder. The tool generates a complete summary report in CSV format after the process has ended. This report contains information such as the number of files combined, the name of files, duplicate items found, and a total number of items. The software is available as both a free version and a licensed version. The free version has limited capabilities and to avail, full functionalities go for the licensed version.
